1. Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Lamaxy. If you are not satisfied, you may return the item within 7 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at support@lamaxy.com with your order number and reason for the return.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Items that are damaged, worn, or not in their original packaging may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 to 15 business days.
4. Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item and need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our customer service. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

7. Late or Missing Refunds
